Artist's Statement

Adam (he/him/his) is a transgender artist living in Chicago. He creates mythical worlds to explore modern apocalyptic anxieties. Balancing between spaces of chaos and tranquility, his work reflects the surreality of queer existence.

Adam has worked in non-profits for the past 10 years focusing on LGBTQ advocacy and the intersection between art and activism. He received his degree in Fine Arts and Sociology from DePaul University.
